The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define what's next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.

& Responsibilities:

• Manages Windows Operating Systems
• Configures and maintains servers and Storage
• Monitors systems health and performance
• Ensures high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security
• Analyzes, solves, and corrects issues in real time
• Provides suggestions for solutions
• Assists developers with query tuning and schema refinement
• Performs scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours

Experience Required:

• 6 9 years

Education and Training Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science or MIS

Primary Skills:

• Windows; OS 2003 - 2019
