As a Senior Software Engineer, youll play a critical role in designing and developing high-performance, resilient, cloud-native platforms for hosting supply chain capabilities. Youll collaborate with world-class engineers, contribute to scalable solutions, and take ownership of features that support data-driven, AI-enabled systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Spring Boot-based microservices and scalable REST/gRPC APIs as part of a distributed, cloud-native ecosystem.
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery from technical design to production deployment and post-release support.
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver business-critical features and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to system integration, orchestration, and performance tuning across backend services and data pipelines.
• Analyze and improve engineering workflows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, tech debt, and areas for optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers in development practices, debugging, and testing strategies.
• Participate in and lead design discussions, system architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Write clear documentation for implemented features, APIs, and operational considerations.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new frameworks, patterns, or tools that improve team velocity or system quality.
• Influence the technology roadmap by contributing ideas that support scale, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in backend distributed systems.
• 3 years of hands-on development experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform (OCI PaaS) as the ERP Platform as well as integrating third party applications to the platform. Experience in one or more of the SaaS components below:

Oracle Fusion SCM (SaaS)

• Inventory Management (org design, valuation, transactions)
• Order Management (orchestration, fulfillment, AR integration)
• Procurement (PO, SSP, approvals, accruals)
• Cost Management (cost books, SLA, COGS, period close)
• Supply & Demand Planning (ATP/CTP, GOP, forecast consumption)
• Manufacturing (work definitions, WIP, costing integration)
• Shipping & Receiving execution
• Product Information Management (item lifecycle, governance)
• Supplier Management (qualification, portals)

Hands-on experience working with one or more of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Frameworks:

• REST & SOAP APIs (Fusion public services)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, adapters, lookups
• FBDI (File based Data Import) / ADFdi (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration) for bulk data operations
• BI Publisher & OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) data extracts
• Fusion security model (roles, privileges, data security)

Experience developing integrations using OCI Integration Architecture approaches and elements:

• Event-driven & asynchronous patterns
• OIC vs direct REST vs Streaming (Kafka)
• API versioning & lifecycle management
• Error handling, retries, idempotency
• Master Data Management patterns
• Identity & auth (OAuth2, OCI IAM, IDCS)
• Strong programming skills in Java, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot and API-based service development.
• Proven expertise building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OCI IAM (Identity and Access Management), security best practices, and secure API design.
• Preferred qualification Oracle Cloud Certifications (Architect or Developer)
• Working knowledge of messaging systems and observability tools like Kafka, RMQ, and Splunk.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues in production environments with cross-stack visibility.
• Exposure to system architecture, performance tuning, and scalable integrations is a strong plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and a strong interest in mentoring or leading technical growth.
