Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr Engineer Sales for Key Account to join our team at Goel Power Engineers in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideally suited for individuals with a strong background in sales engineering related to diesel generators. The role involves fostering key client relationships and driving sales initiatives in a competitive industry. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and a strong aptitude for technical sales.
Qualifications and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical system design, capable of configuring tailored solutions for diverse client needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical to effectively design and implement electrical layouts for projects.
  • Expertise in tendering & cost estimation.
  • Negotiation & customer handling.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the genset and power transmission equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and customize generator solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any product-related concerns or queries.
  • Regularly report on sales activity, progress against targets, and market feedback to senior management.
