Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong experience in road construction to join our

dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site

execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with various teams, maintaining

timelines, billing and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage road construction projects from start to finish

? Supervise on-site activities, contractors, and labor teams

? Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

? Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders

? Prepare and manage project reports, schedules, and documentation

? Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site

? Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

? Optimize resource allocation and reduce project delays

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

? Proven experience in road construction and infrastructure projects

? Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices

? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to read technical drawings and manage site documentation

? Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office

Preferred Experience:

? 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles focused on road construction

? Experience working with infrastructure or mining companies is a plus
