Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum [4-9] years of QA/QC experience in the construction or real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in line with project specifications and company guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities and identify non-conformities. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality-related issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain and update quality documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and reports. Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and provide input on quality-related matters. Review material submittals, technical data, and method statements to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements. Ensure all testing is conducted by accredited labs and that results meet the required specifications. Support handover procedures and ensure proper documentation is compiled for final acceptance. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed and ensure continuous improvement in QA/QC processes.

Job Requirement:

Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards. Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is preferred. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
