The Senior Engineer - Execution will oversee and manage the execution phase of construction projects, with a specialized focus on Aluform / Mivan technology, finishing works, and accurate quantity estimation. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced construction methods, quality control, and project management to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Oversee and coordinate the execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Implement and manage Aluform / Mivan formwork systems effectively, ensuring structural integrity and efficiency.
Supervise and guide site teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Aluform/Mivan Technology:
Apply expertise in Aluform / Mivan formwork technology to streamline construction processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance structural performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for formwork systems, including preparation, assembly, and dismantling.
Finishing Works:
Oversee and coordinate finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other interior and exterior finishing tasks.
Ensure all finishing activities are completed to the highest quality standards, with attention to detail and adherence to design specifications.
Quantity Estimation:
Prepare detailed estimates for quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction activities.
Review and verify quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and resources.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues or non-compliance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including updates on project milestones, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and correspondence.
