Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Review and prepare Process flow diagram in Visio. Review and own P&ID. Line sizing for liquid, Gases and Steam. Hydraulics or pressure drop calculations. Preparation of Line List, Equipment list, Line sizing etc. Preparation of Process datasheet for pumps, blowers, equipment, valves etc. Providing Instrument Process data for Instruments, Control Valves, On-Off valves, Safety valves, Pressure regulator etc. MR preparation for valves, strainers, expansion joints, dampers, blowers, pumps, tanks, equipment etc. Technical bid evaluation for piping components like valves, strainers, expansion joints, dampers, blowers, pumps, tanks, equipment etc. Preparation of control narrative/ philosophy, O&M manual, Cause & effect etc. Participation and driving Hazop & LOPA. Participation in 3D model reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Process.
