Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise plant operations related to AAC Block production - Ensure efficient production processes and quality control measures are in place - Coordinate with the team to optimize production output and meet quality standards - Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency. As a Production department member in this role, you will also be responsible for the following: - Production planning and scheduling. - Manpower planning and allocation. - Preventive maintenance of production equipment. - Production documentation and record-keeping. - Quality control and monitoring of production output. - Managing rejections and green stage rejections. - Coordinating with stores for material requirements. - Wastage handling and minimization.
