Job Type: Full-time | Site-Based

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate execution of high/low voltage substation works lines, and distribution infrastructure to ensure project completion within quality, cost, and time parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the erection of Distribution lines (stringing, cabling, pole erections) and substation installation works. Review drawings and ensure implementation as per design, BOQ, and technical standards (IS, IE Rules). Manage daily site activities and contractor performance. Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental guidelines. Support procurement coordination for site material availability. Verify work measurements and assist in client/subcontractor billing inputs. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5-8 years in power distribution project upto 33kV Skills: Strong technical understanding of electrical systems (transmission/distribution). Team coordination, planning, and documentation skills. Knowledge of safety protocols o Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and reporting tools. Expertise in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
