Design and plan modular wall panels, ceiling systems, doors, glazing, and other architectural components in accordance with ISO cleanroom classifications and project requirements.
Ensure airflow patterns, pressure differentials, and contamination control measures meet cleanroom validation standards.
Prepare detailed cleanroom layout drawings, zoning, and classification plans as per GMP and ISO standards.
Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and process departments to ensure seamless integration of services in cleanroom areas.
2. CRP (Cleanroom Project) Engineer Role
Act as a key technical coordinator for complete cleanroom project execution from design to commissioning.
Review and validate vendor drawings, equipment layouts, and cleanroom-related services.
Monitor fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure compliance during qualification and validation phases (DQ, IQ, OQ).
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project progress, quality checks, and approvals.
Support documentation for FAT/SAT, as-built drawings, and project handover reports.
3. HVAC System Design
Design HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) per project specifications, applicable codes, and international standards.
Develop airflow diagrams, ducting layouts, and equipment schedules ensuring energy efficiency and performance.
4. Drawing Development & Review
Prepare and review detailed HVAC and cleanroom service drawings for fabrication and execution.
Ensure design accuracy, coordination with other trades, and compliance with standards.
5. BOQ & Technical Documentation
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and tender documentation for cleanroom and HVAC systems.
6. Site Installation & Commissioning Support
Provide technical assistance to site teams during installation and commissioning stages.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure installation quality matches approved design and specifications.
7. Client Coordination & Reporting
Attend client and consultant meetings to present designs, resolve queries, and incorporate revisions based on feedback.
Prepare project progress reports, inspection logs, and status updates.
8. Site Surveys & As-Built Drawings
Conduct site visits, verify conditions, and update drawings based on actual measurements and modifications.
9. Cost-Effective & Scalable Design Solutions
Develop modular and cost-effective cleanroom and HVAC designs suitable for future scalability and expansion.
10. Regulatory & Quality Compliance
Ensure all designs and installations comply with regulatory, GMP, safety, and ISO standards.
Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom validation, documentation, and safety protocols.

Bachelor In Mechanical Engineering & Certification in AutoCAD or HVAC/Cleanroom design is preferred.
