Job Role: Senior Engineer Project Execution

Reporting To: Manager Project Execution / Project Head Role OverviewThe Senior Engineer Project Execution is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, quality control, and team coordination. The role ensures that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This position also plays a key role in risk management, process optimization, and team development. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client requirements and regulatory standards. Develop detailed project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and identification of critical paths. Oversee the execution of all project phases, ensuring compliance with plans and industry best practices while managing deviations proactively. Budget & Cost Control Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and project-related activities, including labor, materials, and overheads. Monitor project expenses against the approved budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Support financial reporting processes by providing regular updates on project budget status to relevant stakeholders. Quality & Safety Assurance Enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure all construction activities meet the specified standards and client expectations. Ensure strict adherence to safety programs and local regulations to mitigate site-related risks. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality and safety standards. Risk Management Identify potential risks and challenges in collaboration with the Project Manager and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies. Implement contingency plans for critical project risks, preparing the team to respond effectively to unforeseen events. Monitor ongoing risks and provide regular status updates to senior leadership on risk management actions. Project Reporting & Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project-related activities including specifications, drawings, approvals, and communications. Generate and present progress reports, highlighting achievements, key issues, and proposed next steps. Ensure documentation of all QA/QC and safety inspections for traceability and future reference. Team Leadership & Development Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration across disciplines. Mentor junior engineers and team members to support their professional growth and encourage a high-performance culture. Continuous Improvement Evaluate ongoing project workflows and identify areas for process optimization and increased efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant best practices into project delivery methodologies. Document and share key lessons learned from projects to foster organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years in project execution and Premium Residential. ERP: Minimum 1 years of experience
