Role Purpose

Mechanical designing of HV components like Battery, OBC & DCDC converter

Responsibilities/ task

Having Mechanical design experience around 3-5 years (BE/BTech) 0-2 years (ME/MTech) Experience in Handling complex 3D models & 2D drawings in PLM environment (Catia preferred) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes like HPDC, Sheet metal stamping & Plastic Injection moulding and understand design requirements based on these manufacturing process Basic understanding of GD&T application, drawings creation Worked on basic design calculations (structural & thermal) Understands BEV/HEV systems Good communication skills

Key Performance Indicators

Good knowledge of Catia 3D & 2D Good communication skills

Educational Qualification

BE Mechanical / Mechatronics

No. of years of work experience

3-5 Years

Critical Skill Sets (Technical)

Basic mechanical design Basic structural / Thermal calculations

Critical Skill Sets (Behavioral)

Basic Communication skills

Proficiency in languages

English (required), German will be added advantage
