Job Description
S.NO. Key Responsibilities of this position
1 Responsible to maintenance spare regular parts , Responsible for the maintenance of DG
and compressor
2 Zero Machine Break Downs and Mechanical Maintenance break down responsibilities.
3 Hydraulics & Pneumatics problem solving knowledge.
4 Maintenance & troubleshoot of welding fixture, pipe bending tools, Flaring & squeezing
tools.
5 Handle breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, CBM, TBM and predictive
maintenance of the machines.
6 Knowledge of Audits like IATF 16949, EHS, Momentum of India
7 Hands on experience of welding shop equipment such as MIG welding robot, CNC pipe
bending machine, Leakage testing machine, SPM machines, MIG welding machine of
Fronius and OTC make.
