Qualification:

BE/ Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical),

Experience:

2 to 4 year experience Preferably in wood working industry/ Similar/ or other Industry who is interested for Wooden Industry maintenance

Role and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide effective preventive maintenance services.

Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.

Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry.

Fix and maintain lighting fixtures and fittings.

Help the organization to reduce energy costs.

Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process.

Keep record of all machine spares and consumable tools, including company's electrical equipment.

Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget, and scheduling expenses for the maintenance department.

Ensure all plant machinery and equipment are in good working condition so as to prevent disruption in production activity.

Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management based on knowledge & experience.

Drive/ recommend the suitable local source for development of machine spares.

Skills & Knowledge required:

Knowledge of Wood working Machinery maintenance like -CNC Router, HOT Press, CNC Drilling, Edge banding Machine, Multi boring, Moulder, Panel Saw Machine.

Knowledge of PLC programming.

Knowledge of DG set, Compressor maintenance.

Ability to anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to resolve the problem.

Ability to analyse situations and provide prompt solutions to challenge

Generate innovative ideas and techniques to improve the performance of Machine.

A person who can single-handedly and efficiently perform electrical maintenance jobs.

Someone who can supervise junior technicians and possesses a team spirit.

A person who can quickly adapt to changes and learn new skills and techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
