Job Family Descriptor Understand the testing requirement provided by internal teams (Engineering, IT and Operations) Prepare test plan based on the Test requirement. Prepare Lab topology for each test cycle. Test the upcoming hardware/ Software that will be implemented in TCL network. Create Qualification report after each test cycle. Explain the Qualification report to the internal stack holders like Engineering, NOC (Network Operation Center) and SD(Service Delivery). Raise defects with vendors and follow-up for the defect fixes. Interact with vendors to understand new features and functionalities in upcoming release or in new Hardware. Interact with vendors to order the BoQ as per lab requirement. Interact with internal stakeholders like SD (Service Delivery) and NOC(Network Operation Center) to understand the field issues and provide resolution. Provide provisioning / configuration guidelines to internal teams. Understand the customer requirement from Presales/ Planning/Engineering team and create test bed to test the customer solutions.
