Job Description
Candidate Have must Be Good Knowledge of Quality and Production Area
Have From Injection Mold Background, Manpower Handling work in shift
Handle Customer Complaints and take containment Action.
Analyze warranty or line rejected parts. Prepare analysis report in customer
required format and submit to Customer. Categories the component received under
warranty on analysis basis in different categories i.e. vendor problem, in
house problem, Dealer problem && attribute the warranty cost on such
basis. Layout inspection of compressor assy , for critical dimensions as per
drawing.
Monitor the molding production & shift Reduce to Molding
PPM Meet daily molding plan Vs actual as well as dispatch
Knowledge of Molding and plastic material Responsible for
molding production losses and rejection
