Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager - Quality

Location: Maheshwaram, Hyderabad (TS)

:

Will be responsible for overall In-Process Quality (IPQC), Process patrolling, Audits, Final Quality, Data sheet collection of Incoming material, IQC sampling of Incoming material, Document preparation, Correct material go to shop floor.

Maintain Record of calibration and conduct audit for equipment calibration.

Shall be responsible for taking decision as per test results, giving prompt feedback to Purchase and store, immediate Corrective actions, and ensuring process complying as per Technical specifications, liaising and coordination with all stake holders.

Will be responsible for preparation of Checklists, flow charts, One point lessons, Dos & DON'Ts, implementation of 5S, Kaizens, 7 QC Tools, Root Cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), implementation of new processes, streamlining.

Test Data up keep, MIS, Daily product testing status, PPT Presentations
Implementation of Design for manufacturing, Golden Samples keeping at Electric Vehicle Battery section.

Coordination with Supplier, R&D, and Purchase for implementation of new revisions, BOMs, new products, samples etc.

Imparting training to all stake holders.

Education & Qualification:

You have B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths * Candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in Li-ion Battery.
