Functional Area R&D, Design & Development - Seats Position Design Engg (TRIMS) Education B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tec h (Mechanical/Automobile/Production) Experience 3 to 5 Years Location Pune Role Design & Development Industry Automobile, Aut o Ancillary, Auto Components Desired skills 1 Thorough Knowledge CATIA 2 knowledge GD&T, Stack Up analysis 3 Knowledge DFMEA/ DVP and RMDVV 4 Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability 5 Thourogh Knowledge TML PLM - Team Center and TCUA 6 Ex cellent communications & Presentation skills 7 Good interpersonal skills. 8 Good team member. 9 Understanding and analysis of cus tomer feedback and providing design solutions 10 participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improv ement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) 11 Product design 12 Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking R esponsibilities 1 Product design, development & validation 2 CAD preparation, TPL creation, DML releases 3 DCR creation along with change part list 4 Benchmarking & Tear-down 5 Cost reduction & cost management 6 Product design, freezing layout & packaging 7 Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics 8 Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing s ynopsis 9 Interaction with various department 10 Preparation of Design Guidelines 11 Participate in DVP/CTR sign off and in tes ting 12 Closure of DVP in RMDVV
