Front and rear suspension (Strut)1) The candidate would be working in the Suspension team to contribute towards design and deve lopment of the mentioned aggregates2) 2D/3D CAD release management in compatible life cycle management system3) Support in making RFQ\'s, SOR, 4) Experience in DMU & Packaging in ProE Creo. Initial Concept layout Preparation in Creo.5) Knowledge to apply GD & T6) Knowledge of change management tools like DML, DCR , knowledge of spare parts usage.7) Basics of manufacturing and assembly p rocesses. (Welding, Sheet metal forming, casting, forging, machining, injection & blow moulding, Rubber/Plastic, Thermo plastic etc.)8) Proto indenting and proto build activity support.9) Support Fitment Trial with plant.10) Interact with CAE11) Ability to est imate system Weight 12) Support Component and Vehicle Testing 13) Ability to prepare Knowledge management( KM) document as per on the job learning14) Ability to support Owners and workshop Service manual creation.15) Awareness of vehicle aggregates for Sub sy stem integration required for domain area.16) Support TGR/TGW and creation of Design Rules and manual17) Support of creation of De sign rule18) Support IPR activity19) Support for generation of VAVE ideas \'1. Very good knowledge of ProE, Teamcenter, PLM a nd TcUA, CREO Promechanica.2. Should have basic awareness durability CAE area\' \'1. Should interact with various agencies like OD T, IDT, CAE, DMU, AQ/CQ to understand the issues2. Should interact with protoshop, planning, stores part development activity3. Sh ould support analysis of warranty/field issues, validation failures as CFT5. Should interact with suppliers for part development an d issue reporting\' \'1.
