Job Title: Senior Design and Development Engineer - Precision Sheet Metal Component Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design and Development Engineer to lead our precision sheet metal component development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing precision sheet metal components.

Key Skills:

1. Component Feasibility Study: Ability to conduct feasibility studies to determine the manufacturability of sheet metal components.

2. Sheet Metal Blank Development: Experience in developing sheet metal blanks and optimizing material usage.

3. Customer Enquiry Response to Quotation: Ability to respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations for sheet metal components.

4. Bill of Materials (BOM): Experience in creating and managing BOMs for sheet metal components.

5. Tooling Knowledge: Knowledge of tooling design and development for sheet metal components.

Education and Experience:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: With 5+ years of experience in sheet metal domain.

2. BE in Mechanical Engineering: With 3+ years of experience in sheet metal domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop precision sheet metal components: Design, develop, and implement precision sheet metal components that meet customer requirements.

2. Conduct component feasibility studies: Conduct feasibility studies to determine the manufacturability of sheet metal components.

3. Respond to customer enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations for sheet metal components.

4. Create and manage BOMs: Create and manage BOMs for sheet metal components.

5. Develop and implement tooling designs: Develop and implement tooling designs for sheet metal components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹436,200.27 - ?648,140.61 per year
