Job Summary

Disha Retail Fixtures is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Fixture Designer to develop innovative, functional, and cost-effective retail display solutions. The designer will work closely with sales, production, and site teams to convert client concepts into manufacturable drawings while maintaining brand standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Concept Development

Develop

retail fixture designs

including display racks, gondolas, wall units, counters, kiosks, and customized store furniture Ensure designs align with client brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
Technical Drawings & Detailing

Create

detailed shop / production drawings

Prepare

BOMs (Bill of Materials)

and material specifications Modify drawings as per site conditions and client feedback
Coordination with Manufacturing

Coordinate with

production teams

for steel fabrication, carpentry, painting, powder coating, and assembly Ensure designs are

manufacturing-feasible

using materials like

MS, SS, wood, MDF, laminates, acrylic, and glass

Support prototype development and mock-ups
Client & Project Support

Participate in client meetings for design clarification and approvals Provide design support during installation and resolve site-related design issues Ensure timely submission of drawings and revisions
Quality & Cost Control

Design fixtures keeping

cost, durability, and ease of installation

in mind Follow standard design practices to reduce rework and material wastage Maintain design documentation and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications

Engineering Diploma in

Mechanical, Product Design, Industrial Design

0-6 years of experience in

retail fixtures, shopfitting, or interior fit-out industry

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) / SolidWorks Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, and hardware

Ability to read customer drawings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
