Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Design and Development of closure GSM components ( Latches,Handles,window Regulators,Gas struts)

2.Experience in design and development of GSM components.

3. Supplier Liaison for FSS component development.

4.Knowledge of Design and Development Tools like APQP, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, GD&T Stack up and Analysis, DVP&R, IMCR, VA-VE, POKA-YOKE etc.

5.Design proposal to take care of all failure modes of DFMEA

6.Analytical ability, root cause analysis for resolving the Build & validation, Field failure.

7.Design Proposal to meet the specified Performance, weight ,cost etc. with no guidance

8.To conceptualize and implement the design and lead the team to convert the concepts into 3D Models and product design.

Experience

5-6 Years for BE

10 Years for Diploma

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Diploma In Mechanical /Automobile Engineering

General Requirements

Good Knowledge of

2) Build and validation support .

3) GD&T

4) CATIA V5 & TEAM center

5) Concern Resolving.
