Minimum Qualification


BACHELORS PROGRAM CIVIL ENGINEERING




1. Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly excavation plans in coordination with construction and planning teams.


2.Execute

open cut excavation

for major PSP components--intake, spillway, upstream/downstream cofferdams, surge shafts, valve houses, roads, etc. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.


3. Work closely with

geologists and geotechnical engineers

to evaluate strata conditions.


4. Oversee excavation operations including drilling, blasting, ripping, mucking, loading, and transportation.


5. Ensure strict compliance with

HSE guidelines

, especially for deep excavations, blasting zones, and heavy machinery operations.


6. Supervise and manage excavators, dumpers, dozers, drilling rigs, blasting teams, compressor units, etc.


7. repare daily progress reports, excavation logs, quantity reports, and blasting records. Maintain record of geological mapping, bench levels, support installation, and deviations.


8. Coordinate with design consultants, project management teams, surveyors, and QA/QC engineers.
