About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Engineer

to oversee the design coordination, construction, and execution of high-end

farmhouse located in Kudje

. The ideal candidate will have prior execution experience with

architectural or interior design firms

, demonstrating a strong understanding of design intent, technical drawings, site execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to understand design requirements and ensure accurate execution on site. Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams for integrated design solutions.

Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or design issues promptly. Supervise contractors, vendors, and labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality norms.

Design & Technical Review:

Interpret and review architectural and interior drawings for technical accuracy. Suggest practical solutions for design detailing, materials, and construction techniques.

Material & Vendor Management:

Assist in material selection, procurement, and approval as per design specifications. Evaluate vendor work, quotations, and ensure timely delivery and installation.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and project handover documentation. Maintain records of site measurements, material usage, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field (Master's preferred).

7+ years of experience

in project execution, with at least

3-5 years in high-end residential/farmhouse/interior projects

. Proven experience working with

architectural or interior design firms

. Strong understanding of

architectural detailing, finishes, and interior fit-out work

. Excellent knowledge of

construction techniques, materials, and project management tools

. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel

, and related software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹775,000.00 per year
