We are seeking candidates who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. With a solid foundation of technical expertise and managerial capabilities, the Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and design to implementation and handover. The candidate will manage project teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency in construction processes The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design and technical requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify project risks and opportunitiesand resource allocation for new projects.
Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications.
Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and cost control.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the construction process.
Lead and mentor project teams, including junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to team members.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and clearances.
Regularly track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports, including budget variances, project milestones, and risk assessments.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, responsibilities, and progress.
Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate and construction, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects.
Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills
