Job Summary:

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and manage the design, planning, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects including infrastructure development, building construction, and site management. The role demands strong technical expertise, project coordination, leadership, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee civil engineering activities on site or design office Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and resources Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and government bodies Ensure work execution as per design, quality, and safety standards Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and project reports Monitor project progress, budget, and risks Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal regulations, and company policies Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff Assist in procurement and vendor evaluation related to civil works

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale civil projects Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, STAAD Pro (optional) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
Knowledge of safety practices and risk management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
