Job Description

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Ensure work execution as per technical specifications and standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly site activities and allocate resources. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Prepare and maintain site records - DPR (Daily Progress Report) and site logs. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues. Assist in preparing RA bills, BOQs, and material reconciliation. Manage site inventory and request materials as required. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in mid to large-scale commercial/industrial projects. Exposure to project planning and execution in EPC or turnkey projects is a plus.
