& Responsibilities:
Responsible for duties that encompass Citrix related technologies
Supporting Citrix DaaS former CVAD, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops deployments
Provide support for incident management & problem management (ITSM, code events, etc.)
Works on system maintenance which includes - Portal / Storefront Management, Server Image updates, Password Management
Responsible for Vulnerability Management which includes OS Patching & Application Patching, Citrix Software Patching

Experience Required:
5-7 years of experience in supporting Citrix Applications and Desktops or Citrix - Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator (CCAA)
Experience working on -
Citrix Personal Desktops; VDIs
Citrix Multi-Session Apps/Desktops
Citrix PVS; Provisioning Services
Citrix MCS; Machine Creation Services
Citrix Cloud & Hybrid solution
Citrix WEM; Workspace Environment Management
Citrix Workspace App client & HTML5
Citrix UPM; Universal Profile Management
MS AVD basics
MS 365 products incl. MS Teams
MS AppV 5.1; Application Virtualization
ITIL- Incident and Problem Management

Experience Desired:
TCP/IP and general network management experience
Previous experience working in a team environment is a plus
Experience with SAN/NAS disk systems
Experience with hotfix/patch management systems
Experience with Exchange forms, scripting languages and Frontrange ITSM
Experience with hypervisors including VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V
Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure
Education and Training Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science or MIS
Citrix - Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator (CCAA) or more than 5 years experience working on Citrix Applications and Desktops
