Role:

Process Engineers perform the required designs, transactions, and execution. They advance industrial processes to deflate cost, work towards maximum efficiency, develop and optimize utility. Responsible for supervising smooth running of equipment according to its customized specifications.

Flow diagrams Mass & Energy Balance P & I Diagram Process Equipment layout evaluation Equipment List Equipment PDS B/O Specs Document list, transmittal records Filing Valve list Instrument list Electrical list Line Sizing, pressure drop calculations Heat duty and calculations Insulation thickness calculations Recommendation of vendors Operation manuals Commissioning Handing over - KPI Trouble shooting Problem records and solutions AMC Process Support SAP material data base and its updation, SAP Implementation Data management system implementation and vigilance ISO System implementation and updation Standardisation of Process Engg Item master list - Process Dept Proposal support - technical Process Calculations Process Engineering System updation and structure

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with 6-8 years' experience in EPC (Project Based) companies for Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, Pharma. A postgraduate qualification can be beneficial

Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities Have evidence of work knowledge in process engineering. Possess analytical and interpersonal skills. Possess good communication skills and be a vibrant team player. * Have strong problem-solving skills.
