Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. 1-5+ years of experience in programming languages such as

C/C++

. 1-5+ year of experience with

Git

,

Perforce

, or other source code management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of

multi-processor and multi-threaded systems

, including inter-process and inter-processor communication. Solid grasp of

operating system fundamentals

such as threads, synchronization, and memory management. Proficiency in

C/C++ programming

. Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies based on feature or product requirements. Effective

verbal and written communication skills

. Hands-on experience with

embedded operating systems

such as

QNX

,

Linux

Ubuntu

, or

Android NDK

.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.



2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Apply software engineering principles to support the design, development, modification, and validation of embedded software, applications, and specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and software requirements to design and implement software features for products and systems. Participate in the design and coding of features, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure timely project delivery.
