The Sr. Engineer - Business Development is the frontline revenue driver and trusted technical advisor for ARTS Test solutions Division. This role combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise to sell complex, capital-intensive test and measurement systems to Indian OEMs, EMS, PSUs, and laboratories.
Unlike pure sales roles, Sr. Engineer - Business Developments serve as "technical translators" between customer engineering teams and ARTS sales organization. They qualify opportunities, conduct technical demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs), build multi-stakeholder relationships, and close deals. They bridge the gap between what customers need technically and what ARTS can deliver through its portfolio of multiple global principals.
