2. Salespersons have primary responsibilities: (1) account management, (2)
pipeline development, (3) sales strategy execution.
3. Work with Head of go to Market to identify key customers and chart out a
customer development plan including Interest meeting with customers and
building the relationship.
4. Create and maintain a viable pipeline developed from customer
interactions.
5. Attain the Branch wise assigned Individual Sales Target based on Vertical
Assigned.
6. Ability to learn and articulate product USP's and technologies.
7. Prepare price to be Quoted to the customer and plan Negotiation Strategy
anticipating the contractual needs of the Customer.
8. Attends the negotiation meetings and understands the exact contractual
requirement of the customer. Obtain agreement on contract from customer.
9. Hunt new accounts and build on them including complete technical
knowledge to implement new products /solutions.
10. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information's.
11. Calling on Consultants &End user to gain acceptance and promotions.
12. Understanding of electronics & Switchgears components sales and
applications mainly for Tier 1 & 2 Elevators & Escalators industry for example
Schindler/Otis/Kone / Express elevators etc & aware of Top 20 E&E
