What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Independently manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
Design and develop application integrations and configure software for deployment.
Create system documentation and train support teams.
Develop and execute system test plans.
Provide deep technical support, including integrations with India's Cleartax government systems and Oracle Fusion applications.
Manage release processes and maintain deployment knowledgebase.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
o Functional Knowledge of D365 Modules
o Integrating PowerApps and Power Automate with Dynamics
o Task Recording & UAT Preparation
Proficiency in:
o Azure Subscription Management & AI Services
o Azure Integration Services (AIS)
o Azure DevOps (ADO) - (CI/CD Pipelines, Harbor Server, SonarQube Server, Dependency Track, etc.)
o Test Automation Frameworks (Selenium)
o Python, Windows, IIS, Apache, JavaScript
o .NET technologies (Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, NuGet packages)
o ASPX Web Experience (Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and JavaScript)
o Google Maps API Experience
o Web Services, XML/HTTP
o SQL Server Experience (2017, T-SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server Management Studio or TOAD).
o Microsoft Excel (Advanced Data Handling)
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

• Provides Software Applications Engineering support for larger and more complex applications / project areas.
• Performs build and deployment for application development efforts.
• Designs basic requirements that are effective, timely and comply with project standards.
• Configures, programs and tests applications / technical architecture components.
• Fixes defects and performance related problems.
• Accountable for service commitments at individual request level for in scope development work.
• Reviews design, coding, and unit testing to ensure compliance with the standard defined for the project.
• Works with the BA team to understand requirements and use cases.
• Develop sizing for assigned use cases with inputs from the BA team.
• Deploys QAT or UAT environments independently.
• Works closely with the testing team to understand existing and newly generated issues (regression) and works towards providing solutions.
• Explores alternative solutions by selecting the best option, through applying DAR techniques.
• Participates in code reviews, works with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensures the integrity of pre-production environments, such as development, test, QA and staging environments.
• Leads efforts in specific process improvement and technical automation areas.
• Provides regular status updates for self / team to project lead / manager.
• Helps less experienced team members in completion of upskilling training / tasks.
