The ideal candidate is passionate about ServiceNow technology and is an excellent translator of business needs and user needs into technical deliverables. This role will work with business partners and developers and is responsible for technical delivery of the HR roadmaps as well as facing off with senior business and technology partners. The role is also accountable for configuration and development on the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Key Responsibilities / Duties:Provide functional and technical knowledge and analysis on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to support HR business users.
Participate/lead in Agile squad ceremonies to support the squad's high level of productivity, effective communication and collaboration between the squad and its stakeholders.
Establish expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to provide advisory services to team members on new updates or capabilities. Engage with ServiceNow vendor and community to stay updates on new features and developments. Responsible for ensuring all ServiceNow deliverables are aligned to industry best practices.
Perform all activities required to deliver outcomes, including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and training, etc. as needed.
Provide guidance and oversight of other developer resources. Coordinate activities and tasks with ServiceNow platform team.
Collaborate with other team members supporting Invesco/HR solutions (i.e. Workday) to ensure designed solutions are logical and rational end to end.
Engage and support Invesco Technology strategic direction and adhere to enterprise architecture designs.
Work Experience / Knowledge:5-10 years of experience in the development and implementation of software or information technology systems.
2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with implementation and development experience in ServiceNow HRSD solution
Experience with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow reporting.
Experience with creating dashboards and service level metrics in ServiceNow.
Experience in Employee Service Center and Service Portal, Configure Client Scripts, UI Policies
Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications, ACLs (Access Control Lists), data-feeds, dashboards, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc
Preferred experience in integrating external products like RPA's, Ticketing tools, Monitoring tools with ServiceNow
Preferred experience in developing Service catalogs, Workflow /Flow Designer, Catalog scripts, macros etc
Preferred experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc
Preferred experience in using ServiceNow REST API, as well as XML and JSON knowledge
Understanding technical aspects, including reading / writing code and being able to help the development team in analysis and debugging when needed
Demonstrated capabilities to understand the application landscape, various touch points, and impact analysis
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:Enjoy challenging and thought-provoking work and have a strong desire to learn and progress (motivated enough to self-learn)
Ability to collaborate and influence with business clients and team members
Must have good organization and planning skills - capable of managing own workload

Experience with implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery preferred.
Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred
Familiarity with JIRA and scaled Agile.
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience
Master's degree (or equivalent) highly desired.
License/Registration/Certification: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
