Position Title: Sr. Embedded Hardware Engineer - Full-Time

Major Job Duties
? Responsible for designing embedded hardware products including architecture definition, detail design, and verification
? Work as a member (or lead) of a team on projects, integrating aspects of design work from other engineers (mechanical, electrical, and software) to complete design and development of new products
? Direct Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design resources in the documentation of the product by providing the necessary input for completion of specification sheets, part drawings, and assembly drawing
? Responsible for the leadership of department employees to include the overall direction, mentoring, and training if direct reports are assigned.
? Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, digital circuit design, and analog circuit design.
? Proficiency in using hardware design and simulation tools, such as Altium software and FPGA development tools.
? Proven success with end-to-end hardware development including schematic capture, layout, bring-up, testing, and debugging of high-density, high-speed PCBs
? Collaborate with other teams such as firmware, mechanical, and application for overall aspects of product design and development
? Solid understanding of microprocessors, microcontrollers, and other embedded systems.
? Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test plans.
? Troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues and providing technical support to internal teams.
? Strong communication and organizational skills to manage relationships with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.

We are looking for people who have
? 4+ years of experience in the field of Hardware Designing
? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering.
? Experience in Microcontroller, Microprocessor, and FPGA-based designs.
? Experience in high power circuit design such as BMS, DC-DC converter, Inverter
? Knowledge of protocols including RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, BLE
