Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Furnace, motors, control panels, PLCs, and automation systems. Furnace Field Electrician for electrical panel wiring, installation, and maintenance of industrial furnaces. The role demands hands-on knowledge of heat treatment systems, electrical controls panel, Gas Furnace Burner system, and Electrical Heaters control systems.

Key Responsibility:

Perform electrical maintenance of industrial furnaces, resistance, or chamber-type.
Install and wire furnace control panels, motor starters, relays, temperature controllers, and power systems.
Basic knowledge and understanding how function spections and troubleshooting of heating elements, sensors, thermocouples, transformers, and timers.
Understand and interpret electrical schematics and panel drawings.
Maintain maintenance logs, service checklists, and report critical faults to the engineering team.
Install and repair electrical wiring in buildings, sheds, and furnace control rooms as required.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related trade.
2-5 years of experience in furnace-related electrical maintenance.
Hands-on knowledge of control panels, temperature control circuits, and industrial wiring.
Ability to handle single-phase and three-phase electrical systems safely.
Understanding of power distribution, MCCs, and overload protection systems.

Preferred Skill:

Experience working in heat treatment Furnace plants or foundries.
Knowledge of PLC, VFD, or automation panels is an added advantage.
Familiarity with electrical safety protocols, PPE use, and high-temperature zone safety.
Ability to work independently or in a team, even in shift-based roles.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
