Installing and Maintaning of Motors, Light fixtures, D. G Set upto 750KVA, Circuit breakers and Power Transformers.

? Konwledge of electrical blue prints including impementing ddition and modificaton to all circuit.

? Proficient use of hand and power equipment applicable to my trads while installing equipment, machines, wiring, or program to meet specifications.

? Kind of maintenance is needed.

? Conducting tests and inspection of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance issues.

? Use my knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.

? Operation, maintenance of ACB, VCB. Errecton commissioning and afterward operation & maintenance 11KV. 1. Power Factor control 2. Checking of Transformer upto 1250kva i. e their hydration process, testing and xlpe cable joints. 3. New project commissioning i. e transmission of cable , root map and established new plant .

? Operation maintenance of various motors, starters, soft starter, cooling towers upto 30T ? Operation and maintenance troubleshooting of AC drives. 1. Their programming according to application.

? Troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC ? Specialization 1. Operation and Maintenance of On Grid Solar plant upto 600kwp. 2. Handling their generation for cost saving price in electricity billing. 3. Cleaning and preventing Damage control.

? Operating And maintenance of Utility operation. 1. Goods lifts upto 5Ton 2. Passenger lift 3. R. O Plant upto 2000ltr capacity 4 . Air compressor Upto 40hp. 5. D. G upto 750Kva.

? Operation and Maintenance of hydraulic press upto 150T, 300ton, China cutting beading machine, Laser machine , PVD machine, Circle Cutting Machine. 1. CNC Band saw manual, Chinese And Indian 2. ? Conduction routine inspection of premises and equipment & machinery

? Performing preventive maintenance and handling basic repairs and maintenance.

? Minimize machinery breakdown through proper DM and root cause analysis

? Utility and facility maintenance ? Proper utilization of technician

? Proper training of technician ? 5S of Maintenance Area & Housekeeping. ?

Ensure proper safety norms during on going repair and maintenance

? Proper maintaining of engineering stores

? Dealing with vendors and outside partie

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
