Position:Sr. Electrical Engineer
Location:Palghar
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Industries:Packaging
Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical maintenance team and manage daily maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems.
• Review electrical system performance and plan reliability improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage breakdown analysis using RCA, MTTR, MTBF.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and project work.
• Manage energy optimization projects across plant operations.
• Support automation projects and PLC/SCADA-related activities.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor cost control.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical
