Location:

Narol, Ahmedabad

Experience:

5+ years (in textile processing preferred)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems of process house machines (e.g., jet dyeing, stenter, jiggers, dryers, printing machines). Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of HT/LT panels, transformers, and DG sets. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. Coordinate with production and utility departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle electrical safety audits, statutory compliance, and documentation. Lead and train a team of electricians and maintenance staff. Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and machine load distributions.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of textile processing machinery and control systems. Hands-on experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and automation. Knowledge of safety standards and electrical regulations (e.g., IE rules, factory act). Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
