We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide students and parents on academic programs, competitive exams, and career pathways. The role focuses on student counseling, admissions conversion, and mentoring junior counselors.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on courses, career options, and exam pathways
Handle counseling for
IIT-JEE, NEET, and other competitive exams
Manage inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate academic guidance
Maintain student data, follow-ups, and reports in CRM/MIS
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
Support and guide junior academic counselors
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams
Requirements
Strong counseling, communication, and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with a student-centric approach
Ability to handle parents' and students' queries confidently
Preferred Knowledge
IIT-JEE, NEET, and competitive entrance exams
Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience
3-6 years
