The Education Counselor

is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to doctors who want to enhance their skills and knowledge. The counselor will work closely with Doctors/students, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure that students/doctors have the resources they need to succeed in their medical education journey.

Job description

Provide one-to-one counseling to doctors on medical fellowship programs. Handle enquiries via phone, email, and maintain follow-up communication. Assist with admission processes, documentation, and application submission. Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM. Stay updated on admission requirements, fees, medical education trends.

Job Requirements-

Ed tech/Academic Counselling Preferably Medical Students/ BDS Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner. Experience in EdTech Counselling will be an added advantage. Effective Data management.
