We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our online sales strategy and optimizing our presence across various marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing product visibility, improving customer experience, and analyzing performance metrics to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage online sales, orders, and fulfillment.

2. Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, & other marketplaces.

3. Optimize website & product listings, Bulk Listing Knowledge.

4. Run advertisements on Amazon and Flipkart .

5. Oversee customer service & feedback.

6. Monitor inventory & logistics.

7. Analyze sales data & performance.

8. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

9. Lead & mentor the e-commerce team Junior Member.

10. A+ Content Creation

11. Shipment Creation Knowledge to Send Bulk Shipment to Marketplace Warehouse

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
