We are a growing retail brand in the garments industry (Men's Wear), expanding our online business. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled

Sr. E-Commerce Executive to handle sales on our company website and social media platforms, ensuring smooth end-to-end online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor company website & social media sales channels.

Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and prices.

Handle the complete order cycle - from order placement to final dispatch and tracking.

Manage online customer queries, complaints, and support via calls/emails/messages.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for timely order fulfillment.

Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers across platforms.

Track daily sales performance, generate reports, and ensure sales targets are met.

Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).

1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales.

Hands-on knowledge of website sales portals, social media selling, and order management tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
