Senior D365 Consultant

who will lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, provide strategic and technical guidance to clients, and mentor junior team members. The role requires strong hands-on expertise along with ownership of solution design and delivery.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience working and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Strong experience in end-to-end D365 CRM implementations Ability to own delivery of assigned modules or projects, ensuring quality and timelines Ability to design scalable and efficient D365 solutions based on business requirements Experience in customization, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 Strong client-facing and consulting experience Ability to do effort estimation, solution design, and technical decision-making Experience in leading projects and guiding junior consultants Strong documentation skills for functional and technical designs Excellent communication (oral and written)












Requirements

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

JavaScript / HTML / C# Dynamics 365 CRM Customizations & Development Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development experience Integration experience with third-party or enterprise applications Azure exposure is an added advantage

SOFT SKILLS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-growing organization Team player with mentoring capabilities

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
