Job Overview Role is Techno-functional System Analyst who can lead business to solutions and provides an opportunity to develop technical and functional expertise in ITQ (Innovation Technology & Quality). This role has an ask to work on PLM solution implementation in Pet food. Key Accountabilities include: - Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain and ITQ projects, especially Product Lifecycle Management technology projects, by partnering with Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps. - Partner with business to define functional requirements including data, configuration, integration, and portal needs across the solutions. - Translate functional specifications to technical specifications and work with developers and vendors to ensure delivered products / services meet requirements. - Responsible for quality assurance, test script creation and testing, and ensuring compliance with both stabilization requirements and user acceptance of system solution. - System consultant to business - identify and articulate process impacts or potential constraints on technology/data. - Communicate system or process changes to business and end users with varying technical knowledge. - Subject matter expert and consultant supporting a wide variety of applications. - Use a broad range of continuous improvement tools to provide insights, drive out waste, and improve system performance. Desired Profile Education Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters Experience Minimum years of experience required: 10 to 12 Years Preferred years of related experience: 8 to 10 Years Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed - Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and drive solutions to implementation. - Lead business continuance and enhancements to drive the business growth. - Experience with databases (Oracle/SQL/GCP) and .NET mandatory - Able to support day to day operations and technical upgrades. - Adhere to the OLA and SLA timelines. - Drive systemic improvements in system health through identification of key re-occurring themes and deep understanding of end-to-end system knowledge. - Facilitate & support operational initiatives. - Guide and mentor team, work across geographies and stakeholders Required Skills: - Proficient in database skills (GCP/Oracle/SQL) and .NET technologies. - Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing. Ability to define, prioritize & clearly communicate short- and long-term goals with multiple global stakeholders. - Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team. - Strong analytical skills - Ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes. - Drive meetings to understand stakeholder requirements.
