Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions and provide direction for development teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in .NET development.
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex software systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
