Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in Azure application development and proven expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions in a cloud environment. This role requires a solid understanding of system architecture, SQL development, and end-to-end execution of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain .NET and C# based applications with Azure integration. Build and deploy Azure App Services, APIs, and serverless components. Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures, queries, and database solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in the healthcare domain. Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, data privacy, and security requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application and database layers.

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET and C#. Strong experience with Azure Application Services (App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.). Expertise in SQL Server -- including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling. Experience working on healthcare or clinical systems (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR knowledge preferred). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design principles. Proven ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision. Good communication and collaboration skills for working with onshore/offshore teams.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Knowledge of modern frontend integration (Angular/React) is a plus.
