Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Sr. Dot Net Developer

with strong technical and leadership skills to lead development teams, architect robust solutions, and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies, along with a strong ability to mentor and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of developers throughout the SDLC. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications using

ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ADO.NET

. Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using

Angular, AngularJS, jQuery, and Kendo UI

. Develop reliable and secure back-end services using

C#

and

SQL Server

. Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage version control and application lifecycle using

SVN, Git, and Agile methodologies

. Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and risk management. Conduct team meetings, sprint planning, and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming knowledge in .NET Core Framework and C#. Hands-on experience in SQL Server database design and programming. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs. Experience with IIS deployment and web server configuration. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (preferred). Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification:

UG:

B. Tech/B.E. in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering.

PG:

MTech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, MCA, MS/M. Scs. (Science).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
