Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment life cycle
for IT positions -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and identify qualified candidates through
job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions with account managers and clients.
Build and maintain a
strong pipeline
of active and passive IT candidates.
Stay updated with
current IT market trends
, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience recruiting for roles in
Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, QA, and ERP
domains.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as Naukri,
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong
negotiation, closing, and relationship-building
skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience working with
direct clients or tier-1 vendors
