Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution. You'll manage a small team (up to 10 people), drive multi-channel marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email), and ensure ROI across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business goals

- Manage team execution across channels: PPC, SEO, social media, content, email marketing

- Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns

-Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and reporting Coordinate with design, content, product, and sales teams.

Requirements:

- 5?7 years of digital marketing experience.

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency as Digital Marketing Manager.

- At least 1 year as a team lead/manager.

- Strong leadership in campaign execution.

- Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing, analytics.
